One-N-Done

One n done technology is for SS600, SS1000 and every frac pump
The patented ONE-N-DONE design is engineered to decrease drivetrain abuse and lower maintenance cost by replacing the job of multiple fluid ends. Manufactured with an adjustable plunger and liner system, the ONE-N-DONE alters the standard displacement giving the Operator the ability to pump under pressure while lowering the power rod load, extending asset life while realizing cost advantages.
This adjustable plunger system for customized flow, the ONE-N-DONE, drops the operational rod load down to 80%, which is 15% lower than the industry standard, by operating with less strain and abuse on the power end. In what use to take purchasing several different size fluid ends and several hours of change time, the ONE-N-DONE does the job in 10 minutes or less.
  Key Benefits:
  • Customizable discharge flow rates
  • Lowered operating rod-load
  • Replace sleeve to adjust plunger size (fluid end swap)
Compatible Well Service Pumps:
  • Demay: HD-500,
  • AXON: HD-500, HD-1000
  • GD: GD-2250T, GD-2500Q, C-2500, GD-3000
  • SPM: TWS 2250, QWS 2500
  • OFM: 2250, 2500Q
  • One-N-Done Technology can be adapted to nearly any make and model pump available on the market today.
ONE-N-DONE removes the current constraints of having to own separate fluid ends for different rate and pressure requirements. Utilizing a patented adjustable plunger and liner system to alter the overall displacement giving customers the ability to pump under pressure while lowering the powered rod-load and giving you the ability to have the performance of 3 fluid ends in one package.
Proposition – decreased powered abuse and lower maintenance cost by lowering the number of fluid end sizes needed, achieve those lower rates or in between pressures that mechanically was never possible.
Setting us apart for the competition – Before ONE-N-DONE, Frac Companies were limited in options as far as Plunger size, Displacement, and Pressures. Where as if a customer needed to be able to pump 15,000 psi and 26 BPM that would require to purchase both 4” and 5” Fluid Ends not only costing tens of thousands of dollars but also requiring several hours and men to swap change them out from one to another. With the ONE-N-DONE this change takes less than 10 mins to perform. Additionally prior to the ONE-N-DONE, pumping at 15,000 psi meant that you were operating at 95% rod-load capacity, by installing the ONE-N-DONE with a 3-¾” Liner you can drop that operational rod-load down to 80% putting less strain and abuse on the pump power-end.
The ONE-N-DONE design is engineered to decrease drivetrain abuse and lower maintenance cost by replacing the job of multiple fluid ends. The One-N-Done technology utilizes a patented adjustable plunger and liner system to alter the overall displacement giving customers the ability to pump under pressure while lowering the powered rod-load and giving you the ability to have the performance of 3 fluid ends in one package. By removing the current constraints of having to own separate fluid ends for different rate and pressure requirements, this new technology lowers power abuse and decreases maintenance cost by lowering the number of fluid end sizes needed, yet achieving lower rate or in between pressures that mechanically was never possible before.
Southern’s smarter thinking now gives Frac Companies an alternative solution for plunger size adjustments. Before now, companies were limited in options as far as plunger size, displacement, and pressures. But with Southern’s One-N-Done technology, companies can now utilize this adjustable plunger system customized flow. The ONE-N-DONE, drops the operational rod load down to 80%, which is 15% lower than the industry standard, by operating with less strain and abuse on the power end.
In what use to take purchasing several different size fluid ends and several hours downtime, the ONE-N-DONE does the job in 10 minutes or less.
